One-Pan Garlic Herb Steak (Printable)

# What You Need:

→ Steak & Marinade

01 - 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

→ Aromatics & Herbs

06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

→ Optional Garnish

10 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# How To Make It:

01 - Combine steak cubes, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Toss thoroughly and marinate at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
02 - Preheat a large skillet, preferably cast iron, over medium-high heat until hot.
03 - Arrange steak cubes in a single layer in the skillet. Cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes, then turn and sear an additional 2 minutes until browned and just cooked through. Cook in batches if necessary to prevent crowding.
04 - Reduce heat to medium. Push steak cubes to the side of the pan. Add butter and minced garlic, stirring until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
05 - Toss steak bites with garlic butter in the pan. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and thyme.
06 - Transfer steak bites to a serving platter and garnish with lemon wedges if desired. Serve immediately.
